Answer:

The shift from paper-based to electronic documentation in healthcare encounters a plethora of challenges. However, the journey can be described as a positive one, considering the many benefits that have come with it. I am happy that I no longer use more time finding patient files from a bulk of paper-based files, writing down medical reports using papers and pens, correcting misspellings, or taking time to understand illegible handwriting by other providers.
