The purpose of this assignment is to provide the student an opportunity to reflect on the weekly concepts learned in the course.

Week 1

In this week, I have learned that the healthcare system in the United States has evolved significantly. Precisely, as noted by DeNisco and Barker (2015), the healthcare field has become complex than ever before. Due to this complexity, continuous education has been advocated by the Institute of Medicine. I have learned that MSN-prepared nurses are usually at a competitive edge when it comes to securing good jobs. Therefore, I plan to complete my MSN in the next few months. This will make it possible for me to provide more quality care to the patients.

Week 2
