By the precious time I was a teen, I will audibly hear the glass ceiling word stated by somebody every sometimes. The understanding of mine of the these 2 terms was essentially it meant there was hidden obstacles in society for minorities (non whites) or maybe women when it concerned opportunities or promotions for improvements at the office. In terms of any particular experience with glass ceilings, I’m really lucky to point out I haven’t actually encountered or even managed it a lot, neither as a female or a minority (Asian American), at minimum at the office.
