As the education of mine is continued by me and carries on and flourishes in the career of mine as nurse with ongoing changes and education in nursing train, I’m expecting learning much more about solutions to conquer discrimination at the office, conflict resolution techniques, and much more training on variety in the healthcare environment. Most these items are essential with the modifications in healthcare and in the society of ours as much as changes and ethnicity in patient demographics. The implications of discrimination in the healthcare environment are a feature that’s a great strategy to punishment which continues to modify through the future years too and is exciting to continue learning about (Baptiste, 2015). I believe that conflict resolution is a method which we’ll constantly have to discover new ways and approaches to handle this particular circumstance as variety stretches in the workplace environments of ours.
